At HULUCHI LLC, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning products purchased from HULUCHI LLC.

Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at rebeccazarrabi@hululuchi.com or call +1 (213) 522-5938 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our team. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Important: Returns without a valid RA number may not be accepted or may experience processing delays.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Amounts:

  • Unopened items: Full refund of purchase price
  • Opened items: Refund minus 15% restocking fee
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange in your initial contact with our customer service team.

For exchanges of greater value, you will be charged the difference. For exchanges of lesser value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or certificates
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at rebeccazarrabi@hululuchi.com or +1 (213) 522-5938.

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. HULUCHI LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
